Scams

information about sscams
The Bateau Bay Mens Shed were presented with information about scams today.

Department of Fair Trading were kind enough to tell the shedders all the ways that that they could skin money out of people....oops I mean protect themselves from online scams and the fast talkers that come to the front door.

The shedders had a few stories of their own to share and questions about the more recent schemes to catch the unwary.

If you have been scammed call the Department of Fair Trading

This presentation was supported by the Toolbox Talks program. If you want a talk for your shed book online here.
